What you'll do

Prep, plating, and line service under a chef lead
Set up buffets, action stations, and chafing dishes
Maintain food safety and station cleanliness
Break down and pack out at end of service

Requirements

Food-handler certification (or willing to obtain)
Prior catering, kitchen, or banquet experience
Slip-resistant shoes and chef-appropriate attire
